Ultimate Sweet Potato Mash

800 g Sweet Potato, peeled, chopped

1/2 cup thickened cream

60 g butter

Salt and pepper


1Place the sweet potatoes in a steaming basket over a medium pan of water and steam for 15 minutes or until tender.

2Place in a large bowl with cream and butter. Mash with a potato masher until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
