Simple to make, impossible to resist!
Sweet Potato Toast Topped with Mashed Avocado, Chicken and Aioli
1Preheat oven to 200C /180C fan-forced. Line an oven tray with baking paper Arrange slices on tray. Spray with oil and season to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and tender.
2Spread toasts with avocado. Top with spinach and chicken, Drizzle with aioli. Serve immediately.

1Preheat oven to 200C /180C fan-forced. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Arrange slices on tray. Spray with oil and season to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and tender.
2Top toasts with tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle with basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
